KONTRL MAG Kits – Bringing some Fire!

KONTRL MAG KITS

Sway from KONTRL announced a new product last night, KONTRL MAG Kits. They will be released today, May 23rd.

Initially they will be released in 4 different sets. These sets will allow you to interchange combinations of colors to get the right look for your Billet Box.

BLK (black) sets will include a Raffir glow fire button, along with a red, pink, blue, green, and purple Juma fire button along with black wattage buttons.
KREY (grey) sets will include a black fire button and black wattage buttons.
ULTM (ultem) sets will include a black fire button and black wattage buttons.
RAFFIR sets will include black and Raffir fire buttons and black wattage buttons.

The MAG sets will start out at $160 a set. I am definitely going to try to get my hands on the ultem set for my new Nugget! The black set that comes with many buttons would be awesome too, especially with that Raffir button. Who doesn’t want some glow in the dark goodness on their Billet Box, right?

Update: There are other color sets available too. These went up earlier today. This one is called ARTC STRM MAG. If you aren’t already familiar with KONTRL, they like to leave out vowels for simplicity. It reminds me of an old friend of mine, Peter Rojas when he created a website about gadgets called GDGT.

The great news about these sets are that they are compatible with Mission Switch panels – KONTRL and most other panel makers sell plenty of Mission cut out panels! This is a huge plus. There’s no reason to have something that’s not compatible with other products and I give Sway props for making sure this product didn’t fall into that trap. These are sure to be popular, hard to get, and probably flipped by some lucky winners right away.

Sway has been very innovative with his panels and other offerings. I absolutely love the panels I have on my rat. The buttons on these panels being able to control the wattage without removing the panel is awesome!
