Here’s a quick post about the Future of Billet Box Info. A couple of months ago, I decided to distance myself from the Billet Box community. I still love the Billet Box and Billet Box Vapor. Even though I sold all but two of my Billets, I still use a Billet Box daily. I decided to keep my 2016 RNB DNA 40 and my 2020 Kurbis. I chose to keep the 2016 RNB because it’s a special one for two reasons, 1) it’s my 1st Billet Box, and 2) it’s rare, especially in its condition, earlier model of the Rev 4 series. I am keeping the Kurbis because I don’t want to sell something I repaired myself. This Kurbis has had the DNA 60 board and screen replaced by myself. I have confidence in my work, but if it does fail on someone I sell it to, I would feel bad.
Anyhow. Moving forward, I probably won’t be reviewing many, if any, products. I don’t really want to spend the money and I don’t want to review stuff sent to me for free in hopes of a positive review. I am very happy with the accessories I have for the ones I have and don’t really think anything is going to call my name any time soon. I will most likely grab another Billet Box from the new models that Billet Box Vapor will be releasing soon. I can’t wait to see what Doug and company have up their sleeves. I know some of you are hoping for design changes, but I am fairly sure you will be disappointed.
The Future of Billet Box Info!
When I made the choice to step back, I knew I would leave the site online. There are a lot of sections that have information that won’t change. The FAQ Section and the History of the Billet Box are good examples. I have quietly added a couple of things to each section already. Since I don’t keep my pulse on what is happening in the accessory market, I haven’t done anything on the database lately. I am only in a couple of Billet Box groups now and have no plans of joining others.
Over the next few weeks, I am going to look around and see what I can improve.
If there is anything you want to see, let me know on Facebook or via our contact form and I will see what I can do. If you know of a product I should add, let me know. Please note that I am not adding sections for panels, tips, etc. That would be too much to keep up with. I am either going to finish the “Panel Maker” section or delete it, not sure yet.
The decision to keep updating the site has come from the continued “Thanks” I get for the site. I am happy that this site has helped so many down the “Rabbit Hole”. As I said, if anyone has any suggestions or ideas, let me know.
Also, make sure to follow BilletBox.Info on Facebook.

PS. The only things I have left to sell are some screw sets, a panel set, some clickies, and a Black Ultem NOCT. If you’re interested in anything, contact me.
