Exocet v2 1st Look by Courtney ‘K’ Mather

If you are excited about the upcoming Hellfire Exocet v2 RBA, Courtney ‘K’ Mather of Boro Box Bay has been putting it through it’s paces. He has posted a video in the group walking us through the Excocet v2. Head over and check it out.

Some of my observations:

  • The base is oval-shaped instead of round.
  • The chimney portion can be inserted in the Boro from the top after the base is installed.
  • Easy bottom airflow changes with the positive pin.
  • Wick holes go down very close to the bottom of the base.
  • The clamp system is slotted for easy coil insert.
  • Courtney installed a 2.5mm coil and it looks like there is easily room for a 3mm coil.
  • Wicking looks very much like the Xeta.

According to Courtney, the deck of the v2 is still undergoing changes. Make sure to head over and check out the Exocet v2 video Courtney posted. Warning: He’s clothed.

I haven’t heard any information on when this will be available, but I am looking forward to giving it a go. Unfortunately, I have never tried the v1, so I won’t have any basis to compare the Exocet v2 to.

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
